We are seeking an Office Services Assistant II specializing in Reprographics to support onsite operations in Long Beach, California. This position is expected to support one or two contractors for approximately three to four months. The role involves operating high-volume copying, printing, binding, and finishing equipment while providing customer service and clerical support. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with specialized office equipment and handling materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

Key Responsibilities- Directly operates or assists in the operation of printing, reprographic, binding and other equipment; prepares reports; operates, cleans, maintains, and adjusts quality on high volume copiers; trims, folds, pads, drills, and collates printed and copied finished stock; binds books and manuals by stitching, taping, stapling, or with spiral bindings; operates power paper cutter and paper folder.
QualificationsRequired:- Six months of (full-time equivalent) paid experience performing customer service, delivery services, and/or clerical duties.
- Safely lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds in weight.
- Knowledge of basic computer and web based applications such as Microsoft Office and Adobe.
- Willingness to work occasional overtime.
- This position requires the ability to effectively operate high volume copying and binding equipment.

Additional DetailsThe base range for this contract position is $17 - $27 / per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
