Job Description
The job of a Printed Circuit Board (PC Board) Assembler is to identify components and read and follow prints and assembly instructions to correctly populate component parts onto the blank circuit board.

- Ability to identify solder quality
- Ability to read and follow prints and assembly instructions.
- Attention to detail is imperative
Responsibilities
- Assemble component parts into completed assemblies or subassemblies
- Perform visual inspection of components and solder
- Populate pc boards to the documentation
- Follow written and verbal instructions
- Prep parts to established standards
- Complete the required documentation
- Observe established ESD procedures
- Rework or repair basic components
Additional Functions
- Clean (wipe tables, sweep floor, etc.) personal workspace and surrounding work area(s).
- Assist in maintaining facility cleanliness and organization. Basic maintenance of related equipment.

Qualifications
This position is a Full-Time position, and candidate must be able to work 40 hours per week. Previous PC Board assembly, along with strong soldering skills, are preferred.
Minumum of a High School diploma or General Equivalency is required.
