Seeking a Print Management First Responder to provide daily support for network and workstation printers in a healthcare environment. This role is responsible for troubleshooting printer issues, responding to customer support requests, managing printer hardware and consumables inventory, supporting printer installations, and ensuring service requests are resolved quickly, accurately, and professionally. Candidates with IT Help Desk, technical support, or hardware support experience are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for network and workstation printers.
• Troubleshoot printer issues, paper jams, and hardware-related problems; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Respond to customer support requests and keep users informed on issue resolution progress.
• Document service calls, troubleshooting activities, and support requests.
• Provide remote support and detailed troubleshooting assistance to end users.
• Assist with printer installations, replacements, and hot-swap inventory management.
• Manage on-site printer hardware, parts, and consumables inventory, including toner delivery.
• Support printer procurement activities as required.
• Record and report printer fleet meter readings.
• Maintain printer fleet tools, databases, and related records.
• Provide regular fleet status and performance updates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred.
• Previous IT Help Desk, technical support, application support, or hardware support experience required.
• Printer support experience preferred but not required.
• Technical certifications, including HP certifications, are a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Good PC and basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to resolve technical issues.
• Ability to work in an office environment and perform regular walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for printer installations and equipment handling.
• Flu shot required.
