Join Xerox as a Service Delivery Associate, where you will play an important role in delivering exceptional on-site customer support through mailroom services, print and document operations, and administrative support. In this customer-facing position, you will help ensure efficient daily operations while maintaining high service quality and meeting customer expectations. What You Will Do:

  • Operate office and production equipment, including printers, scanners, inserters, and related devices to support daily operations.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, scanning, distribution, package handling, and tracking.
  • Prepare, print, and finish documents, including stapling, binding, and laminating materials.
  • Maintain accurate production records, billing documentation, meter reads, and job logs while supporting established service level expectations.
  • Monitor supply inventory, replenish materials as needed, and provide exceptional customer service while supporting administrative and reporting activities using Microsoft Office applications.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service or operations support experience preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to perform light physical duties, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
