If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and supporting production operations in a fast-paced environment, this role is perfect for you!Job SummaryAs a Printshop Assistant, you’ll help ensure that paper products move efficiently through the production workflow. You’ll support machine operators, keep workstations stocked, and help make sure orders are completed accurately and on time.Key Responsibilities
- Assist with basic machine setup and operation
- Transport products between machines to maintain workflow
- Stock materials at each workstation
- Organize orders throughout production
- Identify and report quality issues for rework
- Communicate workflow or machine issues to the site supervisor
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Experience in shipping, material handling, or light machine operation is a plus
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to walk and stand for 8+ hours per shift
- Ability to maneuver safely around equipment
- Comfortable working in a light industrial environment
