Position Essential Functions
Operate large capacity printers, copiers, scanners, folders, and postage meters in the printing of publications, forms, bulletins, or other items.
Receiving, checking, and sorting mail ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Responsible for delivering mail to the correct recipients, either by hand or using mail distribution systems.
Cleans and makes necessary adjustments and minor repairs to equipment.
Maintains an inventory of materials or supplies on hand.
Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for streamlining print processes, implementing new technologies, and enhancing overall efficiency.
Basic working knowledge of Large Scale printshop/Mailroom equipment and in the operation of said equipment.
On-site attendance is an essential function of the position, as the role requires direct interaction with staff, clients, and on-site office resources.

Physical Demands/Work Environment
This position works primarily in a warehouse environment with moderate to high activity levels. Employees may be exposed to varying temperatures, warehouse equipment, and noise associated with distribution operations. The role may require extended periods of standing, walking, lifting, and handling materials. This position requires regular periods of sitting or standing and daily use of a computer and phone. It also requires the occasional use of office machinery in accordance with safety and security protocols.
Exposure to various chemicals and substances may be expected in order to perform certain duties.
Minimum Qualifications
Special Skills/Requirements
Employees must be able to remain sitting for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer.
Repetitive lifting, carrying, and moving objects of up to 50 pounds.
Manual dexterity is necessary for the operation of computer equipment and related office tools.
Routine use of office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, and printers.
Computer Skills - Employee must be capable of proficiently using the OESC's standard software (Microsoft Office - Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, and Teams), and the Internet, as well as proficiency to learn other software as needed.
