Coordinator I Highlights
  • Pay: $18.43 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (assigned shifts may vary between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM Central Time )
  • Training: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Central Time (first 2 weeks )
  • Setting: Remote (anywhere in the U.S.)
  • Type: Full-time, W2 temporary (40 hours/week)
  • Class/Start Date: 07/05/2026
  • Openings: 20
  • Requirements: Drug screen required


Responsibilities
  • Perform non-clinical activities and functions under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor.
  • Review and maintain compliance with ERISA, CMS, Medicaid, and client-specific requirements .
  • Support business unit goals by working effectively as part of a team.
  • Maintain strong written communication and interpersonal skills while handling day-to-day workflow.


Requirements
  • High school diploma required
  • 6 months–1 year of data entry experience (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of healthcare industry experience (hospital, managed care, physician office, PBM, etc.)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (screenshot of an online assessment required)
  • Typing speed: minimum 30 WPM (attach screenshot of recent typing test result)
  • Able to read and type in English
  • Must be able to work from a private home office with a door , free from distractions
  • Hardwired internet connection required (no Wi‑Fi)
  • Must be willing to turn on camera during work hours if requested
  • Must submit an internet speed test screenshot
