2–4 years of experience in patient-facing, healthcare access, insurance, call center, or high-touch customer support (preferred)
Experience with hub services / patient support services (preferred)
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid/commercial payer processes (preferred)
Strong communication, empathy, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable with computers and MS Office; strong data entry skills
Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients and healthcare provider offices
Manage cases end-to-end from benefit investigation/verification through medication delivery
Complete benefit verifications and coordinate with providers, specialty pharmacies, and insurance plans
Support prior authorizations and appeals (requirements, status, outcomes)
Educate patients on coverage and out-of-pocket costs
Process enrollments via fax, phone, and electronic submissions
Review forms/documentation for completeness and accuracy; perform high-volume data entry
