Priority Caregiver | Priority Care Team | St. Louis County & Surrounding Areas
Executive Home Care is building a small, trusted team of caregivers for moments when families unexpectedly need us most.
As a Priority Caregiver with our Priority Care Team, you’ll step in to support older adults and families during short-notice care needs, schedule changes, hospital transitions, or unexpected gaps in care — providing thoughtful, relationship-centered support when it matters most.
This role is intentionally designed for caregivers who value meaningful work without a fixed weekly schedule and appreciate the flexibility to choose shifts that fit their lifestyle.
Who This Role Is Perfect For

- Wants the freedom and flexibility to choose when they work
- Enjoys variety and feels comfortable stepping into new environments
- Is dependable, responsive, and calm under changing circumstances
- Finds purpose in helping families during moments of unexpected need
Please Note:
This role is best suited for caregivers seeking flexibility rather than a predictable weekly schedule. Occasional same-day urgent coverage opportunities may include an additional shift incentive for caregivers able to step in on short notice.
