A premier global law firm is seeking a Privacy Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Dallas office.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in defending sophisticated clients in cutting-edge privacy, data protection, and class action litigation matters.
• 4–6 years of litigation experience gained at a sophisticated law firm
• Experience handling privacy litigation, complex commercial litigation, class action defense, or technology-related disputes
• Experience managing all stages of pre-trial litigation, including briefing, written discovery, document production, depositions, and motion practice
• Experience drafting substantive briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other litigation-related filings
• Familiarity with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Texas Rules of Civil Procedure
• Experience analyzing and interpreting privacy, technology, consumer protection, or other regulatory frameworks is preferred
• Experience representing clients in the technology, retail, media, or consumer products sectors is a plus
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
• Passion for technology, exceptional client service, and collaborative problem-solving
• Excellent academic credentials with experience gained at a sophisticated law firm preferred
• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
• Texas bar admission required or ability to become admitted
