Private Banking Officer

The candidate for this position will be responsible for:

• Developing and managing full-service banking relationships with high-net-worth clients
• Creating detailed client profiles to support personalized service and financial solutions
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen client retention and deepen banking relationships
• Demonstrating a strong understanding of the bank’s products and services to effectively meet customer needs
• Delivering exceptional customer service through timely, accurate, and professional support
• Recommending banking products and services that enhance the client experience and support financial goals
• Building trusted relationships by understanding clients’ financial objectives and recommending tailored solutions
• Collaborating across departments to promote teamwork and ensure seamless customer experiences

Requirements for the position include:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three to five years of commercial or private banking experience
• Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated business development and relationship-building abilities
• Flexibility to work extended or non-traditional hours as needed
• Ability to travel within assigned markets

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field
• Previous banking or financial services experiences
