Initio Sphere is seeking Capital Markets Analysts to join our certified private capital network.
This is a contractor role, not traditional employment. Analysts operate independently once certified and verified, gaining access to live deal flow, analytical assignments, and network opportunities.
Once approved, analysts:
Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform
Gain access to paid work on live transactions
Support investors, fund managers, and operators with analytical and diligence tasks
Build a verified deal track record and Analyst Rating Score

Analysts are engaged in categories where they are approved, including:

Due Diligence & Investment Support
Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis

Investment memo preparation
Analysts may only perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance, not tenure.
Complete the Analyst Certification Assessment or approved financial training
Receive category-specific approvals (Modeling, Valuation, Due Diligence)
Get verified on the platform
Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live deal work
No cold applications. No unpaid “experience.” Verified analysts are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors.
To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following:
Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment
Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training
Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)
Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:
Visibility on the platform
Approved work categories
Recommended hourly rates
Analysts are independent contractors, not employees
Hourly rates are determined by Rating Score and approval level
Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
Payments issued after successful deal completion and fee collection
Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality or compliance issues
Analysts do not:
Provide investment advice
Solicit securities
Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity
All work is limited to analytical, diligence, and financial support functions, compliant with applicable securities laws.
