About Initio Sphere

Initio Sphere is a full-service private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We support fund managers, investors, operators, and finance professionals across private markets by combining live deal flow, certified analyst talent, institutional frameworks, and platform-driven credibility.

Our mission is to create real earning opportunities and verifiable transaction experience for serious private capital professionals. Once verified, Due Diligence Analysts can immediately begin earning income by supporting live transactions across the Initio Sphere network.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding qualified finance professionals to join as Due Diligence Analysts, providing independent analytical and risk-focused support across live private capital transactions.

This is not a traditional employment role. Due Diligence Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through Initio Sphere’s certification and verification process.

Once approved, Due Diligence Analysts:

  • Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

  • Gain access to paid diligence-focused work tied to real transactions

  • Support investors, fund managers, and sponsors during diligence phases

  • Build a verified deal history and Analyst Rating Score

  • Progress through certification tiers: Analyst · Lead Analyst · Senior Analyst
