About Initio Sphere

Initio Sphere is a full-service private capital ecosystem where capital meets talent. We serve fund managers, investors, operators, and finance professionals across private markets—combining deal flow, analyst talent, investor relations, networking, training, and job placement into a single platform.

Our mission is to promote opportunity, credibility, and real earning potential for serious private capital professionals. Verified specialists can immediately begin earning income and supporting live investment committee (IC) processes across our network.

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is seeking qualified finance professionals to join as Private Capital IC Support Specialists.

This is not a traditional employment role. Specialists operate as independent contractors, activated through Initio Sphere’s certification and verification process.

Once approved, specialists:

  • Are promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

  • Gain access to real deal flow and paid analytical work

  • Support investors, fund managers, and operators by preparing materials, summarizing analyses, and coordinating workflow for investment committee reviews

  • Build a verified work track record and Analyst Rating Score

Certification tiers: Senior Specialist · Lead Specialist · Specialist / Associate Specialist

Analyst Levels & Pay Ranges

Senior Specialist

  • Rating Score: 90–100

  • Pay: $150–200/hour

  • Typical Background: Ex-investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of experience supporting ICs or deal execution

Lead Specialist

  • Rating Score: 80–89

  • Pay: $100–150/hour

  • Typical Background: Finance professionals with 3–5 years of IC support, deal coordination, or investment analysis experience

Specialist / Associate

  • Rating Score: 60–79

  • Pay: $50–100/hour

  • Typical Background: Entry to mid-level professionals with strong organizational, reporting, or analytical skills

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Depending on your certification approvals, specialists may be engaged for:

Investment Committee (IC) Support

  • Prepare and organize investment materials for IC review

  • Summarize financial models, diligence findings, and risk assessments

  • Track deal status and supporting documentation for committee evaluation

  • Coordinate with deal teams to ensure timely and accurate IC reporting

Reporting & Documentation

  • Draft investment memoranda, presentation decks, and summaries

  • Consolidate insights from financial models, diligence, and valuation analyses

  • Maintain accurate records of IC decisions, approvals, and follow-up items

Note: Specialists may only perform work in categories they are approved for. Approvals are earned through assessment and performance—not tenure.

How Specialists Start Earning

  1. Complete the IC Support Specialist Certification Assessment or approved training

  2. Receive category-specific approvals (IC Support, Reporting, Coordination)

  3. Get verified on the Initio Sphere platform

  4. Begin earning immediately through hourly projects and live deal support

No cold applying. No unpaid “experience.” Verified specialists are actively promoted to investors and deal sponsors.

Certification & Eligibility

To qualify, candidates must meet at least one of the following:

  • Score 70% in at least one category of the Analyst Certification Assessment

  • Complete Initio Sphere Financial Training

  • Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent)

Analyst Rating Score

Each specialist receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:

  • Visibility on the platform

  • Approved work categories

  • Recommended hourly rates

Scores reflect accuracy, diligence, and performance in IC support, reporting, and coordination.

Compensation & Deal Terms

  • Specialists are independent contractors, not employees

  • Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level

  • Specialists may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees

  • Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction

  • Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection

  • Initio Sphere reserves the right to revoke approvals for quality, compliance, or performance issues

Compliance Notice

Private Capital IC Support Specialists do not:

  • Provide investment advice

  • Solicit or sell securities

  • Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated or fiduciary capacity

All work is strictly limited to analytical, reporting, and committee support functions, in compliance with applicable securities laws.

Why Join Initio Sphere

  • Immediate earning potential once verified

  • Exposure to real private capital deals, not simulations

  • Platform-driven credibility with investors and deal sponsors

  • Long-term upside through deal exposure and network growth

  • A single ecosystem for career, capital, and opportunity
