OVERVIEW: Client looking for an experienced private chef for a short-term placement in Greenwich, CT from September 1 to October 17, 2026. The live-out role involves preparing and serving dinner five days a week for a couple (and occasional guests), focusing on American and Continental cuisine with full end-to-end service from shopping to cleanup.

SCOPE OF WORK:

\n

-Prepare and serve daily lunch and dinner for 2 adults, 5 days per week (accommodating up to 9 guests). There will lots of days where it’s just dinner.

\n

-The expectation is for 5 nights per week for 7 weeks. Some flexibility is required, as the 5 nights may change from week to week, with some weeks including weekend nights. It is possible that a week may include only 4 nights; however, this will not be the norm.

\n

-Grocery shopping for all chef prepared meals.

\n

-The client agrees to reimburse the chef for all groceries, travel, and other household related expenses incurred. Travel reimbursement does not include to/from residence each day; it does include travel required for work from/to residence for grocery shopping and associated errands.
