$210,000 – $340,000+

Aligned Talent Acquisition is continually seeking experienced Private Client & Trusts and Estates Associate Attorneys for opportunities with Am Law 50, Am Law 100, Am Law 200, regional, and boutique law firms throughout the Chicago market.

If you have experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and fiduciaries on sophisticated estate planning and wealth transfer matters, I'd love to connect.

Ideal Background

• 2–7 years of trusts and estates or private client experience

• Experience preparing sophisticated wills, revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, gifting strategies, dynasty trusts, GRATs, SLATs, ILITs, and charitable planning vehicles

• Experience advising trustees, executors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals

• Experience with estate and trust administration

• Experience counseling clients regarding business succession planning and wealth preservation

• Familiarity with estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning

• Strong drafting, analytical, and client counseling skills

• Excellent academic credentials

• LL.M. in Taxation is a plus but not required

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

• Illinois bar admission required or ability to become admitted
