This is a pivotal role for a practitioner who values operational excellence and wants to escape the "billable hour grind" for a more impactful, client-centered environment.Core ResponsibilitiesStrategic Plan Design: Architect customized estate plans, including complex irrevocable trusts, tax-efficient wealth transfers, and asset protection instruments.Consultative Advocacy: Lead clients through a structured, comprehensive planning process to ensure their legacies are fully protected.Fiduciary Representation: Navigate families through the complexities of probate administration and represent client interests in uncontested court proceedings.Case Leadership: Analyze unique financial and familial situations to strategize effective courses of action for retirement and charitable giving.RequirementsLicensure: Active North Carolina Bar license in good standing.Experience: 5+ years of dedicated practice in Estate Planning and Probate.
