Registered Nurse (RN) / Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Specialized Home Care About the Client
Our client is an active, pleasant 46-year-old woman living with paraplegia resulting from a Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA). She is highly engaged in her own recovery and is looking for a nursing partner to assist with her care. Responsibilities
While the Aide manages general care, the Nurse is responsible for the following clinical interventions:
Bowel Program: Lead and facilitate the routine bowel care management program.
Mitrofanoff Catheter Care: Perform catheter management (intermittent or indwelling) ensuring strict adherence to infection control protocols.
Shift Times
Schedule: Monday through Friday (M-F).
Hours: 7:00 AM - 10:30 AM.
Setting: Private residence in Grand Rapids, MI.
Team Environment: You will work in tandem with a Home Health Aide who handles heavy lifting, bathing, and other ADLs.
Schedule & Pay
Hourly Pay Range: $30 - $45/hr
Weekly pay + optional daily pay
Competitive pay based on experience

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
Strong communication and critical thinking skills
