Position Details:
- You will live with the client until they end care.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLS)
- Assist client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care. Report any changes you observed to office and nurse.
- Assist with light housekeeping such as laundry, meal preparation, and keeping clients home neat and tidy.
- Preferred Drivers- able to take client to appointments or to do errands.
- Okay with working with pets. - not mandatory

Caregiver Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and de-escalting skills
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- Knowledge of Alzheimer's and Dementia
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening
- Experience with Hoyer lifts, transferring and gait belts
- Must be a driver
