Private Duty Nurse (RN or LPN) for a 31 yo male, with a g-tube, trach, vent in Rosedale, MD.

The following shift(s) are available for this case:

Monday: 10P-6A

Wednesday: 8A-4P & 10P-6A

Friday: 9A-5P & 6P-12A

Saturday: 9A-5P

Sunday: 9A-5P

Nurse must have a minimum of six (6) months home health experience, OR six (6) months critical care experience within the last three years AND demonstrate independent critical thinking skills during in-person skills validation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Working one-on-one in the client's home
• Complete nursing assessment
• Administer medication & and treatments as prescribed by the patient's Plan of Care
• Document nursing notes in a clear and concise manner

Job Requirements:

• Active/unrestricted nursing license in the State of Maryland or Multistate compact license - Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
• Valid CPR/BLS certification
• Confidence to work independently
• Basic knowledge of G-tube/Trach care is preferred; however, willing to train qualified and interested candidates.
• Vent experience preferred (willing to train qualified candidates)
• Pediatric experience a plus

Benefits/Salary Information: 

• Pay Range: $26-42 per hour. Pay rates are determined by licensure, skills, experience, and varies per case.
• Employees will receive time and a half pay for working beyond 40 hours in a week.
• Health, dental, and vision insurance are available after 90 days of continuous full-time employment
