Job Description:
Health Care 4 All is hiring compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) for private duty, long-term care in Orlando, Florida. This is a 8 to 12-hour shift position providing one-on-one care in a home setting. You’ll care for medically complex clients, including pediatric and adult patients, delivering individualized, high-quality care as an independent contractor. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overnight, one-on-one skilled nursing care in Orlando, FL
- Monitor and respond to changes in client health status
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Document all nursing care accurately
- Communicate effectively with care teams and family members
- Ensure compliance with clinical and legal standards
- Provide emergency interventions (e.g., CPR, First Aid) if needed
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Florida (Required)
- Fluent in Spanish (Required)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Comfortable working independently in home environments
- Availability for 8 to 12-hour shifts in Orlando, FL 32824
Preferred Experience:
- Private duty, home health, or long-term care (LTC) experience
- Pediatric or medically fragile patient care
- Familiarity with G-tubes, trach care, or ventilators a plus
