Penn Home Health Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one nursing care for an adult participant in the home setting in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania.

This position offers consistent scheduling, supportive clinical oversight, and the opportunity to provide individualized care in a stable home environment.

Compensation

• $45.00 per hour

• Weekly pay

• Consistent ongoing case

Available Shifts

• 8-hour shifts available

• 12-hour shifts available

• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend opportunities may be available

• Flexible scheduling

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing services in the participant's home

• Perform ongoing nursing assessments

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor participant condition and report changes promptly

• Monitor skin integrity and implement preventive measures

• Assist with mobility, positioning, and safety monitoring as appropriate

• Reinforce physician orders and care plan interventions

• Coordinate care with family members, physicians, therapists, and agency staff

• Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation

• Promote participant safety, comfort, dignity, and independence

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

• Current CPR certification

• Reliable transportation

• Strong assessment and clinical skills

• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Home care, rehabilitation, long-term care, or private duty nursing experience preferred
