    Provide comprehensive nursing care in accordance with the physician's orders and individualized care plan

    Perform patient assessments and monitor changes in condition

    Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

    Provide tracheostomy, ventilator, G-tube, wound care, and other skilled nursing interventions as needed

    Assist patients with activities of daily living and mobility

    Educate patients and family members regarding disease management and treatment plans

    Accurately document care provided and communicate changes to the clinical team

    Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

    Provide compassionate support and advocacy for patients and families
