Our ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills while providing the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers. Main responsibilities:

• Schedule and assign caregivers/nurses based on patient needs, staff availability and agency requirements.
• Communicate schedule confirmations and changes promptly to staff and patients.
• Monitor productivity, cancellations and shift coverage to ensure efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, families and field staff.
