Job Description
Tucker’s Farm is hiring a full time Private Equity Analyst to support both our investment team and our operations team. You’ll help with financial modeling, market research and presentations, plus portfolio operations and fund administration, working directly with the Investment Team and the COO. Fully remote, start immediately. Total target comp is $100K+ ($60K+ base plus $40K+ bonus based on performance and closed deals).
Job Responsibilities
- Financial modeling and asset analysis
- Collect and analyze company and market data
- Conduct market research and support investment theses (industry sizing, comps, competitor analysis)
- Track portfolio company performance and internal KPIs; build and maintain dashboards and reporting
- Handle fund administration (capital calls, wires, investor tracking, basic LP reporting support)
- Build and manage outbound target lists for sourcing (CRM management, data gathering, enrichment)
- Support ad hoc operational, strategic and administrative projects as needed

Soon to be or recent graduate with 0 to 2 years of work experience
Sterling academic credentials
Strong interest in private equity and operations
Compensation: $60,000+ base depending on experience, plus $40,000+ bonus depending on performance and closed deals.
