About the Role
The Associate will join a Boston-based private equity firm focused on small and mid-size businesses in the digital infrastructure and technology services sectors. The firm has invested over $2.4 billion in 240+ companies in its 35+ year history, and is actively deploying capital out of an oversubscribed Fund IX ($314.2M). Their strategy is straightforward: invest in promising founder-owned companies within dynamic industries. They approach opportunities with a "build it" mindset, applying creative structuring and empowering strong leaders to accelerate growth and build long-term value.
