A leading private equity firm may seek a Private Equity Fund Coordinator to support fund administration, reporting, and operational workflows. This role is ideal for candidates interested in gaining exposure to fund-level operations, portfolio monitoring, and investor communications while working closely with investment and operations teams.
Support fund operations, including capital calls, distributions, and cash management
Prepare and maintain fund and portfolio reporting for internal stakeholders and investors
Assist in due diligence and onboarding processes for new portfolio companies or investments
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile fund-level accounts and NAV calculations
Maintain organized data rooms, fund documentation, and investor communications
Conduct market and industry research to support portfolio strategy and performance analysis
Coordinate with internal teams on workflow improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to handle multiple workstreams and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Prior internship or full-time experience in finance, private equity, investment management, or fund operations is beneficial
