About the Role

The Senior Associate or Vice President will join a private investment firm, in their Philadelphia, PA office. This firm focuses on middle market, acquiring businesses with up to $100M in revenue. They primarily invest in the business services, healthcare, consumer industries but will invest across all industry segments. For more information on this firm, please apply.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Associate or VP will join senior investment professionals in investment sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management functions of the firm. 

Professional Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience, with 2+ years in private equity and 2+ years in  investment banking.
• LMM private equity experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading transactions, including M&A, leveraged buyouts, and growth equity investments.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform under pressure.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Knowledge of relevant industries (e.g., healthcare, technology, consumer, industrials) is a plus.

Salary

Salary is competitive, depending on experience.
