Assist with preparation of pitch decks, private placement memoranda (PPMs), and investor materials
Track investor outreach, commitments, and pipeline progress across fundraising campaigns
Liaise with internal investment, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution
Support responses to LP data requests, due diligence questionnaires, and ad hoc investor inquiries
Assist in post-close reporting, capital call coordination, and investor communications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
Strong organizational and process-management skills with attention to detail
Interest in private markets, fundraising, and investor relations
Ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working with confidential financial and investor information
Prior experience or internships in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, fund administration, or investor relations is beneficial
