Key Responsibilities

Product Development

• Develop new private label products from initial concept through production
• Own the full development lifecycle for assigned products

Manufacturer Relations

• Work directly with manufacturers in China and overseas
• Negotiate terms, pricing, and product specifications

Project Execution

• Keep development timelines on track and moving with urgency
• Proactively push projects forward and stay on top of every detail

Qualifications

• Product development experience, ideally with private label goods
• Experience working with overseas manufacturers, particularly in China
• Strong negotiation skills
• Dynamic, energetic, and persistent — comfortable driving projects independently
