Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Markets Associates to provide deal support, research, and transaction facilitation across private market opportunities.

This is not an employment role. Associates operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Private Markets Associates:

• Conduct market, sector, and opportunity research to identify actionable deals

• Support fund managers, investors, and operators with due diligence and deal evaluation

• Assist in sourcing and coordinating private market opportunities

• Build a verified track record in private markets within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

• Earn transaction-based compensation for deals influenced or closed through their work

This role is ideal for analytical professionals, operators, and networked deal facilitators who want to monetize skills in research, opportunity evaluation, and early-stage transaction support.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Private Markets Associates may:

• Conduct market, sector, and company/asset research to uncover investment opportunities

• Provide structured investment summaries and high-level analysis (financial, operational, and strategic)

• Support early-stage diligence and data collection (analysts handle detailed modeling)

• Assist in sourcing and coordinating introductions with capital allocators and deal sponsors

• Track opportunity contributions and maintain a verified deal record within the platform

Associates are not responsible for final underwriting, capital raising, or deal structuring unless separately approved.

Eligible Opportunity Types

Based on approval and experience, Private Markets Associates may support:

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed-use)

• Private equity and growth equity transactions

• Operating businesses and special situations

• Structured, opportunistic, or niche investments

Research and sourcing categories are approved based on professional background, sector expertise, and demonstrated credibility.

Compensation & Economics

• Associates earn success-based compensation tied to the transactions they support or influence

• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per transaction

• Compensation is paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

• Exact economics vary by transaction size, complexity, and associate contribution

• No caps on earnings for consistent high-quality research, sourcing, and support

How Associates Get Activated

1. Submit a Private Markets Associate application and background details

2. Complete verification and approval for research, sourcing, or sector categories

3. Get activated on the Initio Sphere platform

4. Begin contributing research, deal support, and opportunity coordination

There is no cold pitching or unpaid work. Contributions are introduced through curated, platform-driven channels.
