Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive adult primary care, including wellness, acute, and chronic disease management
- Create and manage individualized care plans based on evidence-based medicine

- Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation and engage in quality improvement efforts
Qualifications
- MD or DO with an active, unrestricted medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
