Job Summary

We’re looking for a fully licensed mental health therapist who wants the independence and flexibility of private practice without having to manage all of the behind-the-scenes pieces alone.

Our clinicians have the freedom to develop their own specialties, create a schedule that works for them, and practice in a way that feels authentic to who they are as a therapist.

- Provide individual and/or couples therapy within your areas of competence and specialty
- \n
- Maintain a consistent caseload of approximately 15 or more client sessions per week
- \n
- Complete documentation and treatment plans accurately and within required timeframes
- \n
- Diagnose and document appropriately using current ICD-10 criteria
- \n
- Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and professional ethical standards
- \n
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers when clinically appropriate and authorized by the client
- \n
- Maintain all required Indiana licensure, continuing education, and professional liability coverage
- \n
- Participate in practice communication and administrative processes necessary for continuity of client care
- \n
- Continue developing your clinical skills, specialties, and professional interests
- \n

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or another qualifying behavioral health field
- \n
- Current independent Indiana clinical license required (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, HSPP, or equivalent)
- \n
- Experience providing outpatient mental health services preferred
- \n
- Ability to work independently while also functioning as part of a collaborative practice
- \n
- Strong clinical documentation, communication, and organizational skills
- \n
- Commitment to ethical, inclusive, and client-centered care
- \n
- Comfortable maintaining a consistent caseload of at least 15 sessions per week
- \n
