About the Role: The demand for private Tennis lessons in Southwest Florida is exploding, and Golden Racket Academy is expanding our local roster to keep up. We are looking for a highly motivated coach to take on new clients across the area, coaching everywhere from the courts at Bonita Springs Community Park to client-preferred locations across Estero, Pelican Landing, and Bonita Bay. If you want a full schedule without the headache of marketing yourself, we need to talk.
We serve premium clients who expect excellent coaching, clear communication, and a consistent experience. You bring the coaching expertise to the court; we handle the operations, marketing, client acquisition, and billing.

What You'll Do:
- Coach private and small-group tennis lessons for mixed ages and skill levels.
- Provide individualized feedback on technique, movement, and strategy.
- Create simple, effective lesson plans tailored to each student's specific goals.
- Communicate promptly and professionally with clients regarding lesson logistics.
What We Are Looking For:
- 1+ years of coaching experience.
- Professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable transportation to travel to local courts.
