Private Tennis Coach

About the Role: The demand for private Tennis lessons across the South Bay is exploding, and Golden Racket Academy is expanding our local roster to keep up. We are looking for a highly motivated coach to take on new clients across the San Jose area, coaching everywhere from public courts in Willow Glen to client-preferred locations across Cupertino, Santa Clara, and Los Gatos. If you want a full schedule without the headache of marketing yourself, we need to talk.

We serve premium clients who expect excellent coaching, clear communication, and a consistent experience. You bring the coaching expertise to the court; we handle the operations, marketing, client acquisition, and billing.

What You'll Do:

• Coach private and small-group tennis lessons for mixed ages and skill levels.
• Provide individualized feedback on technique, movement, and strategy.
• Create simple, effective lesson plans tailored to each student's specific goals.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients regarding lesson logistics.

What We Are Looking For:

• 1+ years of coaching experience.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation to travel to local courts.
