Job Details

We are seeking a junior associate to join a private wealth practice focused on trusts and estates matters. This is an opportunity to work across a variety of estate planning and administration matters, with hands-on involvement and direct collaboration with experienced attorneys.

Responsibilities

Assist with a broad range of trusts and estates matters, including estate planning and administration
Draft and revise estate planning documents and related materials
Support client engagements with a strong focus on service and responsiveness
Collaborate with team members on ongoing matters and client strategies
Conduct research and provide analysis on trust and estate-related issues

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in trusts and estates or private wealth matters
Strong academic background and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated interest in private client work and long-term practice development

Requirements

Prior experience at a law firm or similar legal environment
Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and work collaboratively
Admission to a U.S. bar or eligibility for admission
