    Description

    Required Qualifications:
    • Experience in the Privileged Access Management (PAM) space.
    • Experience in information security (10+ years).
    • Experience supporting CyberArk (5+ years).
    • Experience with PVWA (Password Vault Web Access).
    • Experience with CP (Credential Provider).
    • Experience implementing PSN (Privileged Session Manager).
    • Experience with Endpoint Privilege Manager (EPM).
    • Experience with PowerShell scripting or Java.
    • High school diploma or GED.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience using other programming languages.
    • Experience with other PAM tools, IAM products, and solutions.
    • CyberArk certifications and/or other IAM certifications.

    Responsibilities:
    • Support and maintain PAM solutions, policies, and access controls.
    • Provision access and collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to secure environments.
    • Troubleshoot and automate identity and access management systems, including PAM tools and services.
    • Handle Level III and Level IV escalated incidents, analyze root causes, and drive timely resolutions.
    • Assist end users with issues related to IAM or PAM solutions.
    • Manage and document operational tasks in the IAM environment with a focus on protecting company assets.
    • Implement and monitor access control standards.
    • Drive user adoption and ensure business partners are actively utilizing IAM solutions.
    • Educate users through proactive outreach and training.
    • Monitor and conduct regular audits of IAM tools to evaluate effectiveness of policies, procedures, and internal controls.
