Greet, evaluate, and assist patients with necessary care needs.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Document patient conditions and treatments while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare staff to provide safe, timely, and competent care.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Deliver emergency care within scope of practice, including:<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>
Vital signs<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Point -of -care testing<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Phlebotomy<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

Provide one -on -one observation for patients when needed, including those at risk of self -harm.<\/span>

Answer phones, coordinate transfers, and perform additional duties aligned with hospital policies and state scope of practice.<\/span><\/span>
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
High school diploma or GED.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Completion of an accredited EMT program.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Current state certification or license required.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (upon hire or within 90 days).<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Flexible schedule — weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts required.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Ability to work full -time (36 hours per week) with 12 -hour shifts (7 a.m.–7 p.m. or 7 p.m.–7 a.m.)<\/span><\/span>

Minimum of one year of direct medical clinical experience preferred.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Strong service excellence skills to support quality patient care and satisfaction.<\/span>

Ability to prioritize patient needs based on severity.<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>
Strong organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.<\/span>

Proficiency with Windows -based software and EMR systems.<\/span>
