What You'll Champion:
- PRN Advanced Practice Provider opportunity supporting open nocturnist shifts at WellSpan Surgery & Rehabilitation Hospital (WSRH), providing flexible night coverage as needed for PTO, CME, and staffing needs.
- Night shift hours: 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. with opportunities to work alongside an experienced and collaborative hospital medicine team.
- Seeking Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioners (AGACNPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) with a minimum of one (1) year of inpatient, hospital medicine, acute care, or critical care APP experience required.
- Deliver comprehensive inpatient care, including patient assessments, admissions, cross-coverage, medication management, discharge coordination, and clinical decision-making.
- Participate in rapid response and code support, collaborating with physicians, nursing staff, case management, and ancillary services throughout the hospital.
- Practice in a high-volume inpatient environment, helping manage approximately 73 patients overnight in partnership with a multidisciplinary team.
