PRN Case Manager (RN)

Valley View is looking for RN Case Managers with experience in hospital and Epic preferred!

Days/Rotating weekends!

Were looking for a PRN Case Manager RN to join our Case Management team! We will hire a Registered Nurse or MSW for hospital discharge planners onsite at Valley View Hospital. Case Management and Epic experience a plus!

Previous Case Management experience strongly preferred!

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:

• Assists Valley View inpatients and outpatients and their families in the overall Management of their plan of care across the continuum.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

• BSN RN preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
• State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• 1 year of nursing (RN) experience

Experience:

• Case management experience preferred.
• Computer experience (word processing, spreadsheet) and familiarity with Meditech

SALARY RANGE:

• $39.96 to $59.95/hour +14% PRN Differential Pay.
• Entry salary dependent upon education, skill set, and experience.
• Valley View recognizes a 4% pay difference for RN-ADN, BSN, MSN
