Position: PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) -(would be working for both Eden Vista Rock Run and our sister facility, Willow Falls)

Oasis Therapy Services a skilled nursing facility, is now hiring a PRNCertified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations!

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate resident progress or problems to supervisor and other team members; instruct resident's family or nursing staff in follow-through programs.
• Provides treatment to patients as directed by the Occupational Therapist
• Instructs families and staff in maintenance programs as directed by the Occupational Therapist
• Communicates with supervisor and other interdisciplinary team members regarding patient progress, problems, and plans
• Maintain equipment and work area in a safe and clean condition.
