Position Summary


We are currently hiring PRN/On-Call CNAs and Caregivers to provide quality in-home care for clients throughout Central Arkansas.


This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible scheduling while making a real impact in the lives of seniors and adults needing assistance. Caregivers are scheduled as needed to cover client visits, vacations, call-ins, and new cases.


Shifts may include:

• 3, 4, 6, 8, or 12-hour shifts
  
  
• Days, evenings, overnights
  
  
• Weekday and weekend availability
  
  

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene
  
  
• Provide companionship and emotional support
  
  
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
  
  
• Remind or assist clients with medications as directed
  
  
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, or community outings
  
  
• Monitor client safety and report any changes in condition
  
  
• Assist with transfers and mobility as needed
  
  
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
  
  
• Provide compassionate end-of-life support for hospice clients when assigned
  
  
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful home environment
  
  

Qualifications

• CNA certification preferred but not required for caregiver positions
  
  
• Previous home care, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred
  
  
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  
  
• Ability to lift, assist, and safely transfer clients when necessary
  
  
• Comfortable working around household pets (cats and dogs)
  
  
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
  
  
• Ability to pass required background checks
