About the Role:
Cornerstone Innovations Healthcare DBA Caring Touch is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a PRN contractor position providing in-home care services in Newport News, VA and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for nurses who value flexibility, independence, and delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a home setting.

We are looking for professionals who are reliable, attentive, and committed to enhancing the well-being of our clients.

Incentives & Benefits
  •  $500 sign-on bonus over 6 months, 1st payment after 30 days of active service 
  •  $500 client referral bonus (after referred client remains active for 30 days) 
  •  $75.00 per assessment  
  •  Mileage reimbursement for use of personal vehicle

Key Responsibilities
  •  Deliver high-quality nursing care in patients’ homes 
  •  Provide medication reminders and administer treatments as prescribed 
  •  Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and report changes 
  •  Collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement care plans 
  •  Educate patients and families on health management and wellness 
  •  Assist with basic procedures and ensure patient comfort 
  •  Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR systems 
  •  Uphold patient confidentiality and compliance standards
Qualifications
  •  Active RN or LPN license in the state of Virginia 
  •  Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience (preferred) 
  •  Current CPR certification
  •  Bloodborne Pathogen (BBP) certification
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  •  Ability to work independently and adapt in a home care environment 
  •  Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
