Synergy Care is seeking a PRN Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) to join our therapy team within a skilled nursing facility in Marksville, Louisiana.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program, or anticipated graduation within the next six (6) months

• Current NBCOT certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant

• Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Assistant, or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice
