Job Requirements
Education Requirements:

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with Texas license.

Certifications Requirements:

• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Valid Texas COTA license.
• LTC (Long-Term Care) experience certification is preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of LTC experience.
• Prior experience working in rehabilitation settings.
• Experience working with diverse patient populations.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work 1-3 days per week with flexible scheduling.
• Willingness to commute 45 minutes to 1 hour to the facility.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
