    Occupational Therapist Assistant (PRN)
    Location: Winning Wheels – Prophetstown, IL

    Synergy Care is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) for a PRN position at our skilled nursing facility, Winning Wheels, located in Prophetstown, Illinois.

    Qualifications:

    • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (or expected to graduate within the next six months)
    • Current certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
    • Current state license or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (as required)
