Duration: 12+ Months (Possibility of Extension)

Position Summary

Firm start date: 9/04/26 for Full-Time 

PRN Day shift(6:30 am – 7:30 pm) 

PRN Night shift (6:30 pm – 7:30 am) 

MTMHI REQUIREMENTS FOR AGENCY CLEARANCE

·       Require a copy of a current, unencumbered Nursing license

·       Require a copy of a current driver's license or state identification

·       CPR: Current AHA/BLS CPR (Basic Life Support BLS Provider that is active for at least 1 year upon hire).

·       We ONLY accept AHA/BLS

·       We DO NOT accept online CPR certifications, Heart Code/Heart Saver BLS

·       T.B: We NO LONGER offer TB test.

One of the below STEPS must be fully completed before hire.

·       A 2-step TB Skin Test within 1 year of the hire date. (There cannot be more than 21 days between the administration of the first TB test and the second TB test.  

·       An IGRA – TB blood test/QuantiFERON Gold (within 1 year of HIRE date) and a screener upon hire.

·       A Chest X-Ray (within 1 year of HIRE date) and a Screener upon hire.

·       TB Screening Annually after initial clearance

·       Influenza Immunization: (October through April)

·       Proof of vaccination is mandatory annually during Flu season.

·       Or approval of an application for exemption.  

MANDATORY

·       Orientation: 7 days- Friday, then Monday – Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm and Monday 6:30 am – 3 pm

·       We do a 4 – 3 or 3 - 4 rotation, which consists of:

·       Week 1 – Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday

·       Week 2 – Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday, or vice versa

No special schedules

·       MUST be FLEXIBLE; work all units

·       MUST be able to lift up to 50 lbs

No vacation days for the first 60 days

·       If the above requirements cannot be met, please do not submit
