PRN Home Health Aide / Caregiver 

Location: Client Home – Oak Ridge, Clinton, Oliver Springs, Knoxville, Tennessee Pay: $15.00-$16.00 hourly, based on experience + bonus opportunities 

Shifts: As needed- When new clients onboard, you will be offered set shifts if desired.

What You’ll Do as a Caregiver / Home Health Aide: 

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities 

• Support basic health needs including vital sign monitoring and medication reminders 

• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a safe home environment 

• Offer companionship, emotional support, and client engagement 

• Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans 

• Uphold all healthcare regulations, company policies, and our ICARE values 

What We’re Looking For in a Caregiver / Home Health Aide

• High school diploma or equivalent 

• Previous caregiving or Home Health Aide experience preferred 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Proven reliability, compassionate, and professional demeanor 

• Valid driver’s license + dependable transportation 

• Ability to work independently and maintain client trust 

• Strong values and morals
