Requirements:

  • Make boots on the ground visits to healthcare businesses, (i.e. clinics and eldercare facilities) to present our services and generate business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and key decision-makers through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new opportunities and provide insights to the team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Unencumbered license as a Practical Nurse in the state that care is being provide
  • One (1) year of nursing experience required; three (3) years preferred in Sales
  • Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
  • Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance
  • Must be able to pass Drug Test
  • Must have a clean Background Check 
  • Must be available on weekends and alternate on call.
  • Home Health Care experience a plus.
  • Strong clinical skills.
  • Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively.
  • Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.

After a number of tries, we found the BrightStar Care approach.  We were so impressed with the  superior level of customer service it provides that we decided to open own agency here in Northern Virginia.
