Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center is seeking a PRN Hospitalist Physician to join our collaborative inpatient care team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive hospital environment while maintaining scheduling flexibility.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to hospitalized patients by managing medical conditions and developing treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive medical histories and physical examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests to diagnose and treat medical conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure seamless communication to support optimal patient outcomes
- Apply evidence-based practices and remain current with medical advancements and research
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of patient safety and satisfaction
Qualifications
- Board Certification in Internal Medicine (ABIM)
- Current medical licensure in the state of Missouri or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proven ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Ability to work flexible 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends

- PRN / As-Needed position
- Flexible 12-hour shift scheduling
- Day, night, and weekend coverage opportunities available
